The studio also offers Open Access sessions for experienced printmakers who wish to use the studio facilities.
Open Access is available at a charge of:
£5.00 per hour
There is no additional membership or registration fee.
The studios will be available for Open Access sessions on:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
9.30 – 5.30
Saturdays
9.30 – 12.30
(except when particular courses are running – notice will be given).
Personalised Tutored Sessions
For beginners through to professionals, you will work in a group of up to 8 with the emphasis being on your chosen technique. Sessions are available on the following days:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
9.30 – 2.30
Saturdays
9.30 – 12.30
Cost £10 per hour

If you want to use the studios at times other than those specified above, access can usually be arranged. Please contact John Howard (preferably 24 hours) in advance to advise that you will be coming in to use the studio.
Gift vouchers
You can also buy time in the studio as a gift for someone – choose a card and an amount and the voucher can be exchanged for open access or tutored time.
Inductions
Before using the studios for the first time, you will need to attend for a 15 minute induction and studio orientation; this is not taken from your session time and should be arranged with John Howard.
New Year Printmaking Course
5th - 9th January 2009

Tutor: John Howard with technician support
Cost: £275 for the week or £60 per day
A week-long school offering intensive tuition and technical support, allowing participants to explore a range of printmaking techniques. The course will run with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for plenty of one-to-one tuition and bespoke support. Although designed for five days, participants can choose to book for fewer days – just contact me to discuss your requirements. There is also an additional Saturday morning session if required.
